Job Description:

Dakkak Holidays, a leading outbound travel company in Jordan, is seeking a Senior Holidays Consultant to join our team. As a Senior Holidays Consultant, you will be responsible for creating and selling outbound customized holiday packages for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and preferences, and then use your expertise to create unique itineraries that exceed their expectations.


• Consult with clients to determine their holiday needs and preferences

• Design customized holiday packages, including flights, accommodations, tours, and activities

• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the holiday planning process

• Stay up-to-date on holiday trends, destination information, and travel products and services

• Manage and maintain client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals

• Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and meet performance metrics


• Bachelor’s degree

• Must have travel booking systems experience (Galileo / Amadeus)

• 1+ years of experience in holiday sales and customer service

• 1+ years of experience in ready-made and custom packages

• Strong destination knowledge and travel industry expertise

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

As a Quality Assurance Specialist (Travel Experience), you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of quality and ensuring exceptional travel experiences for our valued clients. Your focus will be on monitoring, evaluating, and enhancing the quality of services delivered to travelers throughout their journey.


  • Establish and maintain quality assurance standards and procedures for travel services
  • Monitor and assess the quality of services provided to travelers at various touchpoints, including accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with established quality standards and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including operations, customer service, and sales, to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of quality services
  • Collect and analyze feedback from travelers to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities to enhance the overall travel experience
  • Provide recommendations and implement measures to resolve any quality-related issues and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Stay updated with industry best practices and trends related to travel quality assurance and customer experience management


  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field
  • Proven experience in quality assurance or customer experience management, preferably in the travel industry
  • Strong understanding of travel operations, including accommodations, transportation, tours, and activities
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to analyze data and identify trends
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications
  • Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and verbal. Knowledge of other languages is a plus.

  • Create engaging and compelling content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and LinkedIn
  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all design elements and social media channels
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to conceptualize and execute creative campaigns and initiatives
